(詩篇 16:11 JCB) 神は生きる喜びを教え、 永遠に共にいてくださるという 無上の喜びを経験させてくださいます。

(Psalm 16:11 NIV) You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

(ルカ 15:17-24 JCB) こんな毎日を送るうち、彼もやっと目が覚めました。『お父さんの家なら雇い人にだって、あり余るほど食べ物があるだろうに。なのに自分は、なんてみじめなんだ。こんな所で飢え死にしかけている。 (18) そうだ、家に帰ろう。帰って、お父さんに頼もう。「お父さん。すみませんでした。神様にもお父さんにも、罪を犯してしまいました。 (19) もう息子と呼ばれる資格はありません。どうか、雇い人として使ってください。」』 (20) 決心がつくと、彼は父親のもとに帰って行きました。ところが、家まではまだ遠く離れていたというのに、父親は息子の姿をいち早く見つけたのです。『あれが帰って来た。かわいそうに、あんなみすぼらしいなりで。』こう思うと、じっと待ってなどいられません。走り寄って抱きしめ、口づけしました。 (21) 『お父さん。すみませんでした。ぼくは、神様にもお父さんにも、罪を犯してしまいました。もう息子と呼ばれる資格はありません。』 (22)ところが父親は、使用人たちにこう言いつけたのです。『さあ、何をぼやぼやしている。一番良い服を出して、この子に着せてやりなさい。宝石のついた指輪も、くつもだ。(23) それから肥えた子牛を料理して、盛大な祝宴の用意をしなさい。(24) 死んだものとあきらめていた息子が生き返り、行方の知れなかった息子が帰って来たのだから。』こうして祝宴が始まりました。

(Luke 15:17-24 NLT) “When he finally came to his senses, he said to himself, ‘At home even the hired servants have food enough to spare, and here I am dying of hunger! (18) I will go home to my father and say, “Father, I have sinned against both heaven and you, (19) and I am no longer worthy of being called your son. Please take me on as a hired servant.”’ (20) So he returned home to his father. And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. Filled with love and compassion, he ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him. (21) His son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against both heaven and you, and I am no longer worthy of being called your son.’ (22) “But his father said to the servants, ‘Quick! Bring the finest robe in the house and put it on him. Get a ring for his finger and sandals for his feet. (23) And kill the calf we have been fattening. We must celebrate with a feast, (24) for this son of mine was dead and has now returned to life. He was lost, but now he is found.’ So the party began.'

(Zephaniah 3:17 NLT) “For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” 

(詩篇 30:11-12 JCB) すると、神は嘆きを喜びに変え、喪服を脱がせて、 きらびやかな晴れ着を着せてくださいました。 墓に埋められることなく、 神に喜ばしい賛美の歌声を上げるためです。 ああ神、主よ。 私はいつまでもこの感謝の気持ちを忘れません。

(Psalms 30:11-12 NLT) “You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy, (12) that I might sing praises to you and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks forever!”
